Event Information
Our next Melbourne Brewers Lunch will be held on Friday, 20 June 2025 at Doglands (the brand new Moondog venue in Docklands!). We will have the entire venue to ourselves! Moondog Brewing will provide LOADS of styles of beer, plus cider, alcoholic seltzer (Fizzer), alcoholic juice and a range of alcoholic post-mix (eg. ‘Boozy Creaming Soda’, ‘Hard Iced Tea’) . We will have a delicious 2 course meal, and a professional comedian will provide entertainment.
We will learn about our brewery partner Moondog, and of course, their beers!
Our charity partner for this event is When No One’s Watching Limited.
NOTE THAT THIS EVENT IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO 140 TICKETS – SPACE WILL BE ALLOCATED FOR STANDING / MINGLING AREA.
Your ticket includes:
- 2 course plated meal.
- 4 hours of a Moondog beers (lots of different styles for 4 hours) – A brewer or rep from the brewery will be with us to explain each of the different styles of beer on offer.
- Seltzer, hard juice, cider and alcoholic post-mix is available as an alternative to beer if preferred (Note: it’s one or the other, not both).
- Other drinks available for purchase at a cash bar.
- Comedy by a professional comedian.
- Charity auction and raffle.
- Professional networking.

We are creating a community where men are proud to be men; comfortable to take their ‘armour’ off and be their authentic selves, feeling supported and safe in a community of like-minded men.
A community where men explore in a fun way what it means to be a better man, tackling challenges together and focusing on improving their mental, physical, and emotional health to be the best role model they can be for themselves and all those around them.
But first – we must be good to ourselves and peel back the layers to reach our full potential.
We want to reinvigorate what it means to be a man and challenge toxic masculinity norms. We want men to be ok with making mistakes, to learn from them and to continuously grow. We want WNOW men to support and give back to their communities and the world.
WNOW creates environments where men feel safe to connect authentically, share openly and learn from their peers to enable them to be happier when they are by themselves and with their loved ones. We want to shake the perceived cultural expectations that are upon the modern man. We are saying it is ok to celebrate emotional vulnerability and be a good man. Its ok to grow and change out of your culturally accepted norm to be a better person for yourself and for the world around us.

REFUND POLICY:
This event is STRICTLY NO REFUNDS. In the event that this event sells out and we have a waitlist of people who missed out on tickets, we may be able to resell your ticket. If we do so, we will charge a non-negotiable $40 restocking / reselling fee and will refund you the remaining amount.
Dress code:
Smart casual at minimum – some will be in suits / some more casual.
Gin instead of Beer:
If you would prefer gin instead of beer, please select this option when booking your ticket. Due to limited gin stock and ordering requirements for the gin, we cannot accommodate any last minute change of mind at the event from beer to gin.
Vegan / Vegetarian requirements:
We can accommodate certain dietary needs. Please note them in your ticket notes. Certain dietary requirements may not be able to be met based on venue / kitchen requirements.
Free seating:
There is no allocated seating. You are free to sit wherever you like.
Do I need to print / show my ticket?
We will be checking off attendee names against our list of registered ticket holders at the door as well as throughout the day. It is important that you register the name and details of each attendee.
Other drinks (ie wine & other spirits) / food not included:
Other items such as wine and spirits are not included in the ticket. Other drinks and standard menu items are available FOR PURCHASE from the venue during the event.
Other dietary requirements:
Given the size of our events, we must operate with a fixed menu. Accordingly, other dietary requirements are not able to be accommodated.
Can I have beer AND gin?
No. It is beer OR gin - NOT BOTH. Please do not ask. You can purchase other drinks at the venue if you wish.

The bar tab finishes at 4pm. Depending on the venue, you may be welcome to stay at the venue and other drinks and standard menu items are available FOR PURCHASE from the venue.
