Event FAQ
Refund Policy
Subject to the below, this event is strictly no refunds.
If the event sells out and we have a waitlist, we may be able to resell your ticket. If so, a non-negotiable $30 restocking/reselling fee will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
Dress Code
Smart casual at minimum. Some attendees may be in suits, others more casual.
Alternative to Beer
If you would prefer gin instead of beer, please select this option when booking. Due to limited stock and ordering requirements, we cannot accommodate last-minute change-of-mind requests at the event.
Some events may substitute gin with another product (e.g. cider) — please check the event description.
Vegan / Vegetarian Requirements
Depending on the venue, we can accommodate vegan and vegetarian meals if requested ahead of the event. Due to food ordering requirements, we cannot accommodate last-minute requests or change-of-mind on the day.
Other Dietary Requirements
Given the size of our events, we operate with a fixed menu. Accordingly, other dietary requirements cannot be accommodated.
Free Seating
There is no allocated seating. You are free to sit wherever you like.
Do I Need to Print or Show My Ticket?
We check attendee names against the registered ticket list at the door and throughout the day. It is important that the correct name and details are provided for each attendee when booking.
Other Drinks / Food Not Included
Wine, spirits and other menu items are not included in the ticket price. These can be purchased directly from the venue during the event.
Can I Have Beer AND Gin?
No — it is beer OR gin, not both. Other drinks can be purchased from the venue if you wish.
Bar Tab Finishes at 4:00pm
The bar tab concludes at 4:00pm. Depending on the venue, you are welcome to stay on, and additional drinks and menu items can be purchased directly from the venue.
