Our GOLD COAST Brewers Lunch will be held on Friday, 13th August 2021 at Hideaway in Broadbeach. Sanctus Brewing Co will provide the beer, Hideaway will provide a 3 course meal, a professional comedian will provide entertainment and we will be raising money and awareness for ‘Baby Give Back’!
Your ticket includes:
- 3 course meal.
- 4 hours of Sanctus Brewing Co Beers (6 styles of beer for 4 hours!) – A brewer from Sanctus Brewing Co will be with us to explain each of the different styles of beer on offer.
- Gin is available as an alternative to beer if preferred (not both).
- Comedy by a professional comedian (details to be released soon).
- Charity auction and raffle.
- Professional networking.
Limited to 180 tickets.
Charity Partner and auction details:
At this Brewers Lunch we will be supporting Baby Give Back. We will be donating a portion of ticket sales and 100% of proceeds from the charity auction and raffle to Baby Give Back.
Details of the auction items, the raffle items and their generous donors will be released soon.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE EVENT FAQ BELOW.
Subject to the below and to the Covid Refund Policy (see FAQ below), this event is STRICTLY NO REFUNDS. Please do not ask. In the event that tickets for this event become 'sold out' ahead of the event, and we have a waitlist of people who missed out on tickets, we may be able to resell your ticket. If we do so, we will charge a non-negotiable $30 restocking / reselling fee and refund you the remaining amount.
Covid / lockdown refunds:
If this event cannot proceed due to lockdown / Covid restrictions, we will either: (a) reschedule the event if possible and refund those that cannot attend the rescheduled event; or (b) cancel the event and refund all ticket holders.
Smart casual at minimum – some will be in suits / some more casual.
Gin instead of Beer:
If you would prefer gin instead of beer, please select this option when booking your ticket. Due to limited gin stock and ordering requirements for the gin, we cannot accommodate any last minute change of mind at the event from beer to gin.
Vegan / Vegatarian requirements:
We can accomodate vegan and vegetarian requirements upon request AHEAD of the event. Due to food ordering requirements, we cannot accommodate last minute change of mind at the event to a vegan / vegetarian meal.
There is no allocated seating. You are free to sit wherever you like.
Do I need to print / show my ticket?
No, we will be checking off attendee names against our list of registered ticket holders at the door as well as throughout the day. It is important that you register the name and details of each attendee.
Other drinks (ie wine & other spirits) / food not included:
Other items such as wine and spirits are not included in the ticket. Other drinks and standard menu items are available FOR PURCHASE from the venue during the event.
Other dietary requirements:
Given the size of our events, we must operate with a fixed menu. Accordingly, other dietary requirements are not able to be accommodated. Please do not ask.
Can I have beer AND gin?
No. It is beer OR gin - NOT BOTH. Please do not ask. You can purchase other drinks at the venue if you wish.
Bar tab finishes at 4pm:
The bar tab finishes at 4pm. You are welcome to stay at the venue and other drinks and standard menu items are available FOR PURCHASE from the venue.
